The rules of using AlphaVik, written to be read rather than skipped.

What this service is

AlphaVik provides educational content about investing, and software that records your investment reasons and presents views with their supporting reasoning.

What it is not

  • It does not manage money on your behalf.
  • It does not execute transactions or place orders.
  • It does not guarantee any return or outcome.

Using AlphaVik

You may use AlphaVik for your own personal and family investment purposes. You must be old enough to enter a contract, provide accurate information, and keep your login details secure.

You may not:

  • Republish, resell or redistribute AlphaVik content or views as a service to others.
  • Scrape or extract content in bulk by automated means.
  • Attempt to interfere with the service or its security.
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Accuracy

We take care that information is accurate at the time of publication, and every page carries the date it was last checked. Markets, tax rules and regulations change. We do not warrant that all content is current or free of error at any moment, and you should verify anything you intend to rely on.

Content ownership

The content on this site belongs to AlphaVik. You may read it, share links to it, and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not reproduce it wholesale or present it as your own.

The reasons and notes you write remain yours. We use them only to provide the service to you.

Payment and cancellation

Free features remain free. Paid plans are billed as stated at the time of purchase, and you may cancel at any time, with access continuing until the end of the period already paid for. Nothing upgrades automatically without your action.

Liability

We are responsible for providing the service with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for investment losses arising from decisions you make, whether or not those decisions were informed by content on this site.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes and ending

These terms may change, and material changes will be notified to account holders before taking effect. You may stop using AlphaVik at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
